If the computer is not on the inteternet, take the following instructions and download to the computer using the adapter:.If the computer is connected to the internet, connect the device and the driver will be automatically installed by windows.Instructions (Easysync USB - 2 or 4x Serial port adapter): Open Device Manager -> locate the adapter -> double click it -> select Install driver from disk and when prompted, select the correct driver for your Operating System from the extracted folder.
